Flux Dosing 

Automata can be programmed to the flux dosing with a precision of up to 1,0mg.

With Automata, the repeatability of the weighings is guaranteed.

The process will always be standardized, as it eliminates problems caused by errors in weighing, which cause variation in dilution, in addition to the interface with LIMS which makes the process fully traceable and thus much more reliable.

Flux dosing + Sample

Automata stores the weigh of the vials, alowing to add a specific volume of the samples and the equipment calculates the necessary amount of flux to maintain the standard dilution and/or ratio (flux/sample).

Eliminating the manual process of weighing the mineral sample in the analytical balance, gaining even more time and productivity in the process.

Interface

  • All programming process and parameters adjustments (weigh, tolerance and vials quantity, etc) are fast and easily done and with a simple touch in the screen
